Service Description
TrainGenix offers personalized training plans based on users' goals, training preferences, available days for training, and equipment. Users can register for an account using an email/password login or via Google OAuth.
Account Registration and Use
To access certain features of the platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Subscriptions and Payments
Our platform operates on a subscription-based model, offering monthly and annual subscription options, both with a 15-day free trial. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our platform.
Integration with Third-Party Services
Strava Integration: TrainGenix allows users to integrate their accounts with Strava, a third-party service, to import activity data directly into their profiles on our platform. This integration is entirely optional and requires explicit consent from the user to enable.
Data Import and Use: By enabling Strava integration, you grant TrainGenix permission to access certain data from your Strava account, including, but not limited to, activity logs, power data, and heart rate information. We use this data to enhance your training plans and provide personalized recommendations.
User Control and Privacy: Users have control over this data integration and can disable it at any time through their account settings. The use and protection of data fetched from Strava are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on TrainGenix, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TrainGenix or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform in a manner that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to TrainGenix, other users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, spreading malware, and infringing on others' intellectual property rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TrainGenix is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform and hereby disclaim all warranties with respect to the service.
Limitation of Liability
TrainGenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
