Free Trial
TrainGenix offers a 15-day free trial for both our monthly and annual subscription plans, allowing you to explore our features and services without any commitment. If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for cancellation before the month's end.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription for a full refund. After the first 30 days, if you choose to cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- If there is a technical issue with our platform that prevents you from accessing our services and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
- If you have been charged due to an error on our part.
